The EMC Security monitoring center received a medical alert call from a customer residing in Carrollton, Georgia.? The customer indicated that he had fallen hitting the back of his head and was steadily bleeding.? He said he was dizzy from the fall and could not get up on his own.? The 1st operator remained on the line with him while a 2nd operator dispatched Emergency Medical Services.
EMS arrived at the home within 7 minutes of pressing the button on his two-way communication medical alert pendant. His son was also notified and arrived at the house.? The customer was so appreciative of the help and said that he could have bled to death had he not had the EMC Medical Alert pendant.
